- Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat sebesar kemiri dan ditengahnya di beri gula jawa secukupnya dan jangan sampai bocor.
- Rebus adonan klepon yang telah di bentuk tadi kedalam air yang mendidih yang dicampuri garam secukupnya sampai terlihat terapung dan angkat.
