Resep Masakan Indonesia - Udang Goreng Saus Tiram
UDANG GORENG SAUS TIRAM
Bahan :
- 500 gr udang ukuran besar, kupas, sisakan ekornya, belah punggungnya
- 1/2 sdt oregano kering
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
- 1/2 sdt garam halus
- 1 butir telur ayam, dikocok
- 50 gr tepung maizena
- 2 sdm mentega
- 50 gr bawang bombay, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 3 buah cabe merah, buang bijinya, iris menyerong 1 cm
- 125 gr biji jagung manis kalengan
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 1/2 sdt garam halus
- 15 helai daun kucai, potong 2 cm
- Rendam udang bersama oregano, merica, air jeruk nipis, dan garam. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Tiriskan.
- Celupkan dalam telur kocok, angkat, gulingkan dalam tepung maizena hingga rata.
- Goreng udang dalam minyak panas hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu.
- Masukkan cabe dan jagung manis. Aduk hingga cabe layu. Lalu masukkan udang goreng, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan saus tiram, merica, dan garam. Aduk hingga sayuran matang.
- Masukkan kucai, aduk dan angkat. Sajikan panas-panas.
