- Garam secukupnya
- Air hangat secukupnya
- Kapur sirih secukupnya
- Tumbuk daun suji sampai benar-benar halus,lalu tuang air kapur sirih dan diremas untuk di saring diambil airnya.
- Uleni tepung ketan dengan air hangat secukupnya serta air kapur sirih dan daun suji yang sudah di buat sebelumnya.
- Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat sebesar kemiri dan ditengahnya di beri gula jawa secukupnya dan jangan sampai bocor.
- Rebus adonan klepon yang telah di bentuk tadi kedalam air yang mendidih yang dicampuri garam secukupnya sampai terlihat terapung dan angkat.
- tata pada piring saji,hiasi dengan buah ceri,atau daun pandan.Kemudian taburi dengan susu kental manis.
