Resep Maskan Indonesia - Bubur Talas Sagu Ambon
BUBUR TALAS SAGU AMBON
Bahan:
- 1/2 kg sagu Ambon (bentuk yang kotak), rendam air panas hingga lunak
- 250 gram gula merah
- 3 sdm gula pasir
- 2 buah talas,potong dadu,rendam air garam,cuci berulang kali sampai lendirnya hilang
- 250 cc santan kental,didihkan,angkat
- 5 lembar daun pandan
- 1/2 sdt garam halus
- Rebus talas tadi hingga empuk,bubuhi garam,gula serta daun pandan
- Masukkan sagu yang sudah hancur dan aduk agar tidak menggumpal,kalau sudah mulai mengental dan mendidih angkat
- hidangkan dengan santan kental diatasnya.
